ACRO-SET is an Affordable, Portable, Accurate, Disposable Explosives Detection Kit for first responders.
ACRO-SET
These kits will test for traces of commonly used explosives such as TNT, RDX, PETN, C4, Semtex and crucially, TATP. ACRO-SET is able to:
- Identify Explosives
- Detect people who have handled explosives
- Detect surfaces contaminated by explosives
Currently in use by El Al, Israel's National Airline as well as with Military Special Operations and Law Enforcement agencies in the US and Europe, these kits give the first-responder accurate explosives detection technology in a simple easy-to-use package.
ACRO-SET is extremely safe to use, as there is no direct contact with the chemical components used in the test. ACRO-SET has been successfully tested by the Australian Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO).
